everybody. What’s up? Today I’m going to show you something useful for your
WordPress CMS.
I think
you know about the uses of Appearance >> Editor. You can edit codes of
your themes here. It’s not easy to use the default Theme Editor, at least I
think. Suppose one day you logged in to your Dashboard, navigated to the Editor
and saw that your editor is colorful and well decorated. All lines of codes in
the editor are numbered per line.
Are you
thinking something…? Yes, I’m going to tell about a plugin named “WP Editor”.
This plugin replaces the default theme and plugin editors as well as the page
and post editors. The editor shows every line numbers for codes as well as
normal lines in page or post editor. Users can easily find out desired code by
scroll down according to the number.
This
plugin also have a feature for theme and plugin editor that is really awesome.
Users can edit code and save it. Then they can test. If anything wrong, they
can undo the codes using Ctrl+Z. It has another great feature. Users can
download the theme or plugin file he/she is editing. If anyone want, can
download the full theme and plugin using this plugin.

Go to wordpress.org and search using this keyword “WP Editor”. Download the
.zip file and upload it to your plugins directory. You can also install from
your dashboard. Go to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New. Search “WP Editor”
here. Then click on install and enjoy.
